Ingredients

- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into chunks
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup au jus gravy
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the chunks of sirloin steak.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the steak.
- Pour the au jus gravy over the steak and top with sliced pepperoncini.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the steak is tender.
- Serve warm as an entrée.
Notes
Browning the steak before slow cooking can elevate the flavor. Add crushed red pepper for extra heat.
