Tender and flavorful steak bites slow-cooked to perfection, perfect for weeknight dinners or as a hearty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into chunks
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup au jus gravy
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, place the chunks of sirloin steak.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the steak.
  3. Pour the au jus gravy over the steak and top with sliced pepperoncini.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the steak is tender.
  6. Serve warm as an entrée.

Notes

Browning the steak before slow cooking can elevate the flavor. Add crushed red pepper for extra heat.
